This is our first time visiting and eating at this place. Burger IM is located inside Haven City Market. We ordered the Cowboy burger, the Angus burger, we had onion rings and sweet potato fries for our sides. Both burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly (medium well) so let them know if you want it well done.

Definitely one of the top 5 burger places in California. The regular angus beef burger is not lacking in flavor at all and is cooked to perfection. The Mediterranean burger was amazing as well, reminded me of Ruffs Burgers over in Germany. Toasted soft buns, melt in your mouth cheese & flavorful patties! Service was also very kind and quick. Thank you for advising the duo so I could try multiple flavors!

Went here for the first time since the rebranding and the drinks were so good! If you like drinks that are smooth where you don’t taste the alcohol and it doesn’t just taste like syrup, this is the place!! Jasmine made our drinks and she was super friendly sweet and welcoming!! Definitely coming back

I really like this Burgerim location over a lot of the others I've visited. The quality is amazing, the service is excellent, and you can tell they put a lot they take a lot of pride in their product. Located in the Haven City Food Hall it's perfectly situated next to the patio. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the service is excellent.currently there is no indoor seating available but there is a very large patio lots of tables with umbrellas and they're all spaced more than six feet apart making it a little safer during this time.food quality is excellent they have a big selection of different burgers and sandwiches and sides and they also have beers.

I came here to Haven City with my family. we do pretty often, about 2 or 3 times a month. Burger Rim is my niece + nephew's favorite. I appreciate that they have a gluten free option. my nephew can't eat gluten. Anyways we got him 2 of the gluten free bun cheeseburgers. I don't think it looks appealing. He ate one and said the bun was too filling. I don't know if he liked it very much. besides the food, they have good service. the staff is very polite. I appreciate them.
